1 Nature of Non-IAF Certificates

EURO Universal Accreditation Services (EUAS) provides Non-IAF ISO certification. It is important that all clients understand the following:

• EUAS certificates are issued for branding, promotional, and supplier qualification purposes.
• Our certification does not involve on-site audits, mandatory surveillance visits, or the lengthy processes associated with IAF-accredited certification bodies.
• EUAS certificates are not a substitute for IAF-accredited certification where such accreditation is legally required for government tenders, public sector contracts, or regulated industry compliance.
• Clients are responsible for determining whether IAF-accredited certification is required for their specific use case before purchasing EUAS certification.
• EUAS makes no claim that our certificates carry the same legal weight as IAF-accredited certificates in jurisdictions where accreditation is mandatory.

2 Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all matters arising from your use of EUAS services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using EUAS services, you agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of our services may be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

3 Refund Policy

EUAS maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a certificate has been issued and delivered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy applies to all certification services, including but not limited to:

• Certificate issuance fees
• Renewal fees
• Re-issuance fees
• Any additional services purchased

Clients are encouraged to review all certificate details carefully before confirming their order. In the event of an error in the certificate details provided by the client, EUAS will issue a corrected certificate at the standard re-issuance fee.

4 Privacy Policy

EUAS is committed to protecting your privacy. This section outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information:

• Data Collection: We collect information provided by you during the certification application process, including company name, address, contact details, and scope of certification. We also collect information through our contact form and website usage.
• Data Use: Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing certification services, verifying certificates, communicating with you about your certification, and sending renewal reminders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
• Certificate Data: Company name, certificate number, scope, and validity dates are displayed publicly on our verification system as part of the certification service.
• Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal and regulatory requirements.

5 Service Modifications

EUAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to certification standards offered, pricing, verification systems, and website functionality.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes that may affect their existing certifications or ongoing services. However, EUAS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EUAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any errors or omissions in certificate information provided by the client
• Any third-party reliance on or use of EUAS certificates
• Any decision made by a third party to accept or reject an EUAS certificate

EUAS's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the EUAS website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EURO Universal Accreditation Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Certificate designs, logos, and verification systems are proprietary to EUAS. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any EUAS intellectual property without prior written consent.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use their issued certificate for legitimate business purposes, including display on websites, marketing materials, and supplier submissions.

8 Changes to Terms

EUAS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.
